Modi Government Gears Up With Big Plan: Focus on Security, Diplomacy and Strategic Action

New Delhi: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in action mode. He has given a strong message to the terrorists and prepared a strategy to take action against Pakistan. Many important meetings are being held in Delhi under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Modi, in which the increasing tension with Pakistan is being discussed. On Tuesday, he held a meeting with the chiefs of the three armies, and today, on Wednesday, he held meetings of CCS (Cabinet Committee on Security) and CCPA (Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs).

During these meetings of Prime Minister Modi, serious discussions are being held on the security of the country and the steps to be taken against Pakistan. Meanwhile, future strategies against Pakistan are also being discussed in other cabinet meetings.

Plans for escalating action against Pakistan

The terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April killed 26 people, most of whom were tourists. After this attack, Prime Minister Modi has strengthened his strategy regarding Pakistan. In the CCS meeting held on 23 April, important decisions were taken like suspending the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan, cancelling visas of Pakistani citizens and reducing diplomatic relations with Pakistan.

Important meetings of CCS and CCPA

Prime Minister Modi today chaired the CCS meeting, which lasted for about 20 minutes. This was followed by a CCPA meeting, which has been held for the first time in several years. Political and economic matters as well as internal security were discussed in the CCPA meeting. These meetings consider policies that have an impact on the country's politics and foreign policy.

Review meeting with Union Cabinet and Secretaries

Apart from this, a meeting of the Union Cabinet was also held, in which Prime Minister Modi reviewed the infrastructure with the Union Cabinet ministers. The main objective of this meeting was to improve the security protocol after the recent terrorist attack and to get guidelines from the concerned officials. According to sources, the main focus of these meetings was on the increasing tension with Pakistan and the internal security of the country.
